Really large room with good cleanliness and a cozy atmosphere.

The air conditioning couldn't handle the heat. I was frustrated by the lack of adequate luggage space, which forced us to leave our suitcases awkwardly placed. While the location was decent, it didn't make up for the cramped parking situation, quite irritating.

The room was modern and with comfortable beds. Coffee & tea making machines, a fridge and glassware were a huge plus. The hotel had a fab location a couple of blocks away from Father Bernatek Footbridge...

Our suite was spacious and stylish, complete with a kitchenette. We visited the Schindler's museum and enjoyed the salt mine tour. The tram stop right outside made getting around easy, and the daily breakfast was a great way to start our mornings. Highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed efficient staff and reasonably spacious hotel.

It was a REALLY LOVELY time staying at this reasonably priced hotel. The location was excellent and amazing, close to Ghetto Wall Fragment. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.

All of the hotel's staff are efficient and excellent.

Right next to a tram stop, handy, but kind of noisy at night. The breakfast spread was just good, I enjoyed eggs and fresh pastries every morning! Room was spacious and kept clean daily. Having a little kitchenette for coffee was a real treat. Ope, gotta say, those sauna facilities were nice for unwinding after a busy day!

Superior apartment was airy and the food was brilliant! There was an amazing bathroom with a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and fresh towels. The staff was accommodating and courteous and around most of the time.

The staff we met were very rude.

Family with children paradise

The room was spacious enough for us and the kitchenette made prepping snacks easy. The breakfast spread was satisfying for the entire family.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the amenities, it was alright.

They have wheelchair accessible rooms with comfortable beds, large TV, for example and care about everyone.

great stay with minor hiccups

The staff provided excellent service, being patient and attentive during my entire stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and the room felt both modern and comfortable. The breakfast options were nutritious and good, particularly the healthy selections offered each morning. I found the location convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

One downside was the surprise 200PLN deposit required at check-in that was not clearly mentioned prior.
